Congratulations! Having a baby is one of the most exciting times of your life.  But it isn't without it's ups and downs. It can also be very stressful and challenging at times, involving a total change of lifestyle and your identity.  Being called upon 24 hours a day isn't always easy which is why we have developed the mother and baby unit.

The Mother and Baby Education unit has been established to provide local support and expert care to families experiencing ante-natal and post-natal difficulties.  If you are coping well but feel you need more interaction, you can still join the day program.
