Caz is a highly experienced senior executive recognised for her expertise in leadership, strategy, culture, innovation, and service improvement. Caz is the Director, Strategy and Organisational Performance at Baw Baw Shire Council where she leads corporate strategy, finance, people and culture, family and children’s services and connected communities.

Caz has master’s degrees in business administration, strategic foresight, and social policy, 20 years’ experience in Local Government, and extensive experience as a management consultant.

Caz is a member of the Local Government Gender Advisory Committee (GEAC) as a representative of females across the sector, to drive gender equality across Victoria’s 79 councils and advise the Minister for Local Government and Minister for Women on how to deliver the Government’s target of 50 per cent female mayors and councillors by 2025.
