Hayley has over 25 years experience in the not for profit sector with extensive knowledge of both the Education and Aged Care sectors.  Hayley completed her Bachelor of Commerce degree whilst starting out on her Aged Care journey, making the most of the real world experiences gained.  It has been this strong work ethic, which she is known for, that has enabled Hayley to progress and expand her career while remaining in industries with integrity and community values that align with her own.
