Lauren has worked for over a decade in the private and Not For Profit sector of acute nursing, primarily working in management roles in surgical units at Ramsay Health and St John of God Healthcare.

Lauren began her Aged Care career at Neerim Health in 2020 and her passion for quality healthcare for all stages of the lifespan has continued since then.
She has worked for a number of years in the West Gippsland region and has returned to Neerim Health after gaining further Aged Care Management and Quality & Safety experience in the Public sector.

Lauren brings with her experience in transforming healthcare teams, instilling a passionate and positive attitude in healthcare teams and provides a nurturing environment for staff, committed to establishing and maintaining positive environments where staff can provide safe, effective clinical care and achieving optimal clinical outcomes for consumers.
