Elisa Tumino is an allied health professional with over 30 years experience across public health, community and local government. She has worked across metropolitan and regional health services, with experience in quality and service improvement, project management, governance and stakeholder engagement.

Elisa currently works at Latrobe City Council, leading a Victorian Government-funded family violence prevention project and supporting organisation-wide gender impact assessment and improvement initiatives. She brings to the Neerim Health Board a strong understanding of regional healthcare, governance and community-focused service delivery.
